Important Conditions of Your Stay

Guests. If you are booking on behalf of others, please ensure they receive a copy of the confirmation and conditions. The occupants must be aware of the conditions of their stay.

Cancellations. Bonds are non-refundable if bookings are cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival.

Early Departures. Unless otherwise agreed, we require minimum of 2 weeks notice of an exact departure date. Payment will be due for the entire booking if departure is earlier and this notice is not given.

Key Arrangements. We will meet with you on location to show you through the apartment and hand over the keys. Upon departure, the keys can be locked inside the property (leave on dining table).

Departure Time. 10.00am is the latest departure time unless otherwise arranged.

Telephone. A telephone is available and connected. This has pre-paid access. The amount used will be debited from your bond on departure.

Cleaning/Servicing. The property is not cleaned or serviced during your stay. The apartment will be presented to you clean, functional and fully equipped upon your arrival. Should you have any concerns whatsoever with the cleaning standards or if any items are not functioning to your satisfaction, then please contact us immediately so that we may rectify it for you.

Departure. We require the apartment to be presented back to us as you found it. Please remove all rubbish, empty fridge, wash dishes and wipe surfaces.

Bond Refunds. Please ensure we have your correct address for bond refund. It will be returned to you within 3 days of your departure minus any excess cleaning, carpet cleaning (staining) or breakages.

Security Transmitters/Remote Controls. There is a replacement fee of $150.00 on each of these items if lost or damaged, this will be deducted from the bond if not returned on departure.

Disclaimer. The apartment is rented and occupied at the sole risk of the tenant. ApartmentsWest Accommodation, it’s Directors, employees and/or agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to property or any other claim whatsoever arising out of the rental or occupancy of the apartment.
